Julian Kreeger honored in Coral Gables

Julian Kreeger, was honored recently for a quarter-century of bringing the world’s finest chamber musicians to South Florida.

Mayor Don Slesnick of Coral Gables proclaimed December 22 Julian Kreeger Day in recognition of the attorney and presenter’s 25th anniversary season as president of Friends of Chamber Music of Miami.

Kreeger’s next event will open the classical year in South Florida with the Kalichstein Laredo Robinson Trio performing 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3 at Gusman Concert Hall on the University of Miami campus.
